All okgame accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform does not support multi-currency accounts. All deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and winnings are calculated and displayed in PKR at all times.

Deposits are credited to your okgame wallet in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. okgame does not charge any fees for deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. Withdrawal requests submitted before 18:00 PKT on any calendar day are processed the same day, subject to completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, except where okgame determines an alternative method is appropriate for security or compliance reasons. okgame reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals above PKR 50,000 per transaction.
An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. okgame may apply a monthly administration fee to dormant account balances as notified to the member at the time of dormancy classification. All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and promotions offered by okgame are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each promotion. Where a conflict exists between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.
Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limit will be clearly stated in each promotion's specific terms. Bets placed on certain low-margin game types may be excluded from wagering requirement calculations or may contribute at a reduced rate — full details are provided per promotion.
okgame monitors betting patterns for signs of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing offsetting bets across multiple accounts, placing bets that do not constitute genuine gaming activity for the purpose of clearing wagering requirements, or systematically exploiting promotions in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play. Where bonus abuse is identified, okgame reserves the right to void bonuses, reverse associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the account.
Bonuses that are not claimed or activated within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion terms will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated. Partially completed wagering requirements will also expire if the associated bonus expires before completion.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, okgame's total aggregate liability to any member arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit okgame's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
okgame reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Where an account is closed for a breach of these Terms, okgame reserves the right to withhold any balance in that account pending investigation. If a breach is confirmed, affected funds may be forfeited in whole or in part.
You may request the permanent closure of your okgame account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining withdrawable balance (after deduction of applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within five (5) business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the jurisdiction of okgame's licensing authority.
In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game, bet settlement, or account transaction, you must contact okgame's support team in the first instance. okgame aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and to provide a substantive response within five (5) business days. If you are not satisfied with okgame's response, you may escalate the matter to the relevant gaming regulatory body under which okgame holds its licence.
Nothing in this clause shall prejudice either party's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
okgame reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a change is material — for example, changes to fee structures, eligibility requirements, or dispute resolution procedures — okgame will provide reasonable notice to members via email or an in-Platform notification prior to the change taking effect.
The version of these Terms bearing the most recent "Last Updated" date at the top of this page is the version currently in force. Your continued use of the okgame Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure as described in Section 12.2.
